Villa Unik
A luxurious property located on the heights of Saint Jean with a beautiful panorama, this is a very exclusive rental. Built over two buildings, the decoration by Philippe Starck creates a delightfully exclusive atmosphere in the heart of a beautiful environment.
There is a fully air-conditioned living room furnished with sofas and colourful cushions. The indoor dining room is located close to the kitchen with a breakfast bar featuring white and black checkerboard style. At the front, the large openings offer a breath-taking view over the ocean and over the tropical garden planted with lush vegetation, while the large windows at the back of the villa, allow the trade winds blow in. There is also a professional kitchen.
The 20m long, heated infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, outdoor lounges and coffee tables in a very private atmosphere. Under the covered area, you’ll find a dining room with pastel-coloured chairs that can accommodate sixteen guests close to the cocktail bar. There is a mosaic-covered jacuzzi is for relaxing under the palm trees.
The villa consists of ten bedrooms with bathrooms and views over the ocean or the garden. Seven suites are in the main building, four of which are on the same level as the living room, and three on the lower level. The other three bedrooms are located in a separate building called “The Cottage,” which features a kitchen, a living room and a second infinity heated pool.
Located on the main level, next to the living room, the home movie room is a real nine-seat cinema, air-conditioned, equipped with Dish Network, Apple TV, Blu-Ray DVD player.
There is an air-conditioned and fully equipped fitness room, with HD-TV, Dish Network.
