Mini Moke

From St Barth to St Tropez, today, the MINI MOKE is at home in elegant resorts around the world. It’s design, perfect for costal roads, a day out surfing or an evening bbq by the beach.

Throughout the 70’s and 80’s the MOKE  could be spotted driving around the Mediterranean coastline and Caribbean islands. From Paul McCartney to Bridget Bardot, being in a MOKE was counterculture to the fast and furious celebrity lifestyle.

“George loved cars – all of the Beatles did. After the E-type he bought a silver Aston Martin DB5 and a Mini Moke, a little jeep-like car with no doors and no roof that was really fun in the summer. People would cruise up and down the Kings Road in them, and George would often collect David and Boo from the station in it when they came to stay.”   Pattie Boyd – Wonderful Tonight – George Harrison’s Mini Moke.

MINI MOKE also made it to the big screen in four James Bond movies. (Live and Let Die, You Only Live Twice, The Spy Who Loved Me, and Moonraker).
