The Dunes
Located in the well-preserved area of Les Salines, walking distance from the magnificent beach, this is one of the most exceptional and peaceful properties in St-Barths. With a large lush tropical garden of three acres, the villa is surrounded by many varieties of bougainvillea, coconut palms and local flowering shrubs. Here you have no neighbours, and you can enjoy the great feeling of utmost privacy, away from everything.
Set up into the hillside, the property overlooks both the ocean at the south and the lush tropical hills to the east, it is the only villa so close to Saline beach and its white sands. The architectural layout of this unique property consists of a main building and two guest bungalows perfect for private guests or staff accommodation.
In the main house, a large living room with large white sofas offers a view over the wild nature and the ocean. The decor is contemporary and comfortable, with a beautiful palette of soft natural tones and white. There is a professional kitchen for self-catering or for a private chef . The dining room offers a large table that can accommodate up to twenty guests; there is a second table is under the covered terrace for dining in the gentle island breeze.
Outside, there is a large terrace with tropical vegetation and two heated swimming pools. There are sun decks for sunbathing sessions in this idyllic environment with an amazing panorama. There is a massage area located in the tropical garden in the palapa.
The property has six bedroom; four in the main building and views over the garden and to the ocean; the other two are in independent guest houses hidden in the garden. All have a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The decoration is refined, with mineral hues and modern amenities.
In the basement there is an air conditioned fitness room equipped with HD-TV, Canal Satellite, DVD player, audio system, iPod dock, treadmill, weight training equipment, weight lifting table, various dumbbells and weights. There is a game rooms, next door, with ping-pong table.
