Nestling in a tropical garden, in the heart of lush vegetation hidden in the shadows of ten palm trees, the century-old Tamarin tree opens the doors to its enchanting park.
An imaginary setting for a unique tropical stopover. Between banana trees, ylang-ylang, ponds, adorable turtles … We gladly stay long hours in this green setting where the warm atmosphere supremely reigns.
Colonial garden house, subtle lanterns, light effects, colourful ethnic cushions, familial or romantic tables, a timeless experience awaits you, to savour with friends and family.


Family first

Two brothers in charge for the most explosive taste experience! Jérôme Lebeau and his older brother Frédéric will undoubtedly tantalize your taste buds. One in the kitchen, the second in the cellar, an accomplice and teasing duo who share, beyond their family values, a real common passion; arouse the emotions of their guests.

They grew up exhilarated by the smells of their mother’s stews. Dishes in traditional sauce, beef bourguignon, slowly lamb cooked for 12 hours or even the beef stew. A traditional and generous cuisine, always served with a spoon, placed at the centre of the table.
Today, creating, sharing, exchanging and awakening the senses is their vocation. Good products always at the centre of their taste process.
On the kitchen side, Executive Chef Jérôme Lebeau creates gourmet, generous and creative cuisine.
Inspired by his many travels, between traditions and modernism, seasonal products are always in the spotlight.

On the wine side, Frédéric Lebeau plays his symphony. The Sommelier, real master of his cellar nestled in the shade of palm trees, invites us to discover one of the 200 subtly selected references. The promise of a taste journey at the image of this duo: generous and out of the ordinary!

Our cuisine is gourmet, familial, authentic and is every evening shared. Inspired by our Chef’s countless and wonderful travels, from the Arctic to the Amazon and the Panama Canal, between revisited classics and twisted uninhibited cuisine, seasonal products are always in the spotlight. In the heart of our tropical jungle, the symphony of simplicity takes slowly place, orchestrated by Chef Jérôme Lebeau and his creative brigade. Healthy, fresh, balance without forgetting the unique signature of our Chef: the peps, citrus flavors that enhance and balance each of his dishes. Fresh local tiradito, Saint-Jacques carpaccio, smoked veal chop in its morel crust, foie-gras ‘mi-cuit’, lobster or tender octopus… There is something for all tastes and appetites, something to make your mouth water, for all « hearty eaters ».


Stimulate your taste buds, this is the leitmotif of Frédéric Lebeau, our Sommelier not really like the others! Go through the doors of his Cellar and discover a unique universe, his own. No frills here, wine, like any passion, is shared, passed on and naturally tasted. We lean on the central island, we discuss grape varieties, châteaux and terroir with the master of the house.
Small or large bottles from the regions of La Loire, Rhône, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Tuscany and more, Frédéric Lebeau takes you on a most unexpected tasting journey and familiarizes you with his favorite winegrowers.
