An architectural gem located on Flamands beach with a breathtakingly beautiful view. Modern and equipped with luxurious amenities and fine materials, this six bedroom property welcomes groups wishing to spend an unforgettable stay in St. Barths.
The villa was built in a contemporary design over three levels accessible by elevator, on the sand looking to Chevreau and Fregate islands. The main level is composed of a living room with sofas, tables and armchairs with sleek lines. The dining room can accommodate up to twelve people and faces the bay overlooking the ocean. The fully-equipped kitchen features a bar with dark hints which contrast with the wood and striking white that can be found throughout the villa. The cinema room is on the lower level.

The property has two terraces and a patio, providing both sun and shade areas. On the first level, the terrace features an infinity swimming pool that seems to merge with the nearby ocean. The lower terrace is on the same level as the beach and has a jacuzzi and hanging chairs with outdoor showers. Sauna, steam room, gym and massage rooms are also available.
There are six air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. Three of them are on the upper level, one with an ocean view and the other two very private ones overlooking the patio, a true haven of peace in the heart of the property. On the main level, the fourth bedroom is close to an office perfect to write and relax. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level in front of the beach and open onto the ocean and the terrace. On this level, there is also a professional kitchen.
