Villa Neo
This one of the most luxurious properties on the island, named as the most beautiful in the Caribbean villa in 2018. It is ideally located on the heights of St. Jean, only a few minutes from St. Jean’s beach, Eden Rock, and Nikki Beach and Gyp Sea restaurants. Built on two levels, the villa was designed in a very chic and modern style. This outstanding home features large rooms and glass surfaces which provide fantastic panoramic views over the ocean and the neighbouring hills.
On the main level, the living room welcomes you in a large and comfortable space furnished with spacious sofas, under the ceiling opening onto the upper level. The dining room is ideal for having meals in a soft, luxurious and refined decor. There is also an entertainment room with a TV, a bar and a pool table, as well as a private disco room.
On the terrace, the panorama over the bay and the ocean is incredible, as far as your eyes can see. The outdoor facilities are exceptional: there is a large heated infinity swimming pool (30 meters long), an outdoor living room, sunbeds and an alfresco dining room in the gentle trade winds, with exotic tropical vegetation.
There are six superb air-conditioned suites spread over the two levels of the property. Two of the bedrooms connect, although each has its own bathroom. They feature spacious dressing rooms, sitting areas, access to the terrace and whirlpool tubs and materials, marble and mosaic. Five bedrooms open onto the panoramic view, while one room opens back onto the patio.
