Villa Embrace

Contemporary in design, it took five years to build. Designed over three levels with an amazing ocean view, there is a living room on the second floor, accessible by elevator or staircase, with sleek furnishings, contemporary sofas, soft armchairs and bright lights. The living room extends onto the terrace with ocean view. There are two indoor and outdoor dining rooms for private dinners, as well as two fully-equipped kitchens. A comfortable cinema room is also available, as well as a games room.
On the terraces you will feel the soothing mildness of the trade winds that blow over the island. There are two infinity swimming pools, a thirty-metre one in the extension of the living room on the middle level with a wonderful view, and a fifteen-metre second one on the lower level. Deckchairs, comfy lounges, waterfalls, a massage room and a hammam with bathrooms are at your disposal.
There are five air-conditioned suites with private bathrooms and exceptional views over the ocean and the glowing sunsets. Furnished with style, the spacious and bright bedrooms feature large walk-in closets and private lounges. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, while the third is on the middle level. The other two are on the lower level, and come with Japanese soaking tubs on private terraces.

Villa Embrace
The villa enjoys 2 air-conditioned living areas. One on the main level and the other one on the lower level, with its adjoining game’s room. Both great rooms are air-conditioned and opens onto the heated pools. Both are also connected to the 2 dining areas of the villa. On the main level, you will enjoy the bar.
Food and beverages can be enjoyed alfresco or in the main dining area featuring Casa Fendi bar stools and a custom, marina-inspired table from Italy’s Barbarini & Gunnell. The villa enjoys also a professional and fully equiped kitchen on the main level. A second kitchen is located on the lower level, adjoining a second dining area.
The villa’s largest accommodation is located on the top floor and features a private, drive-up entrance, separate dressing room, walk-in closet and custom furnishings including an onyx and mother-of-pearl headboard and bespoke chaise and armchairs inspired by Vladimir Kagan design. King size bed, air conditioning, HD-TV, Dish Network, safe, dressing room. Ensuite bathroom with inside and outside shower, rain shower and regular shower head, Turkish steam bath (Hammam), Indoor soaking tub, double sink, hair dryer, dressing table, bathrobes, towels and beach towels.
