Set in a quiet neighbourhood on the heights of Gustavia, this villa is an architectural gem. Perfectly oriented facing the horizon, with a design in harmony with the environment, this magnificent home offers top-of-the-line services in a most inspired decoration. The sunsets and views are memorable.
Designed by a Saint Barth renowned architect, this is a contemporary luxury house, built on two levels, allowing all the rooms to enjoy the panoramic view over the sea. Purity and simplicity are brought out by its modern lines and shapes. The living room is furnished with two large sofas facing the ocean, playing on transparency and clarity, accentuated by cool stone floors, high white ceilings and opulent furnishings. Next to the living room, you’ll enjoy the incredible pool table in lacquered orange tones. Everything here is made with great refinement, with rich woods and elegant artistic touches. The orange-tone, modern and spacious kitchen is well equipped, including a wine cellar and a separate storeroom. A barbecue and a plancha grill are available just outside.
There is a large 17 metre long infinity swimming pool with a built in bar. The sunsets from here are incredible. There is a fully equipped gym, with air-conditioning, HD-TV, & Dish Network
The villa has four main bedrooms. Each room has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a magnificent ocean view. They all open onto a private terrace overlooking the ocean. Three suites are located on the first floor, with spiral staircase access, while the fourth room is on the main level. An additional bedroom with its own private entrance perfect for staff or for a nanny is available upon request.
