This is a great property on Gouverneur hill. Luxurious and spacious, this luxury villa rental offers exceptional views and upscale amenities in a very private scenery. In the exceptional Caribbean light, this is the ideal location for an unforgettable stay with family or friends in St-Barths.
Built over several levels and buildings, the villa offers bright spaces and top-of-the-range amenities. The large, air-conditioned living room opens out onto the front terrace, bordered by a long infinity swimming pool. There are two comfortable lounges with sofas and armchairs covered with turquoise-blue cushions in a refined decor. The dining room is next to the stainless-steel kitchen, perfect for your private chef’s services whenever you call him upon. A second dining room is located in the hallway and opens onto the house’s back terrace blown by the gentle trade winds. The whole area is fantastic, perfect to relax in a soothing, privileged atmosphere.
At the front of the villa, the terrace overlooks the rolling hills and the deep-blue ocean. Running along the front facade, on the wooden deck with deckchairs and palm trees you’ll find the magnificent infinity swimming pool sparkling under the sunshine. The large windows in the living room make the indoor and outdoor spaces one great, luxurious area, perfect to relax and enjoy the view. At the back of the villa, the rear terrace houses the al fresco dining room, the best place for relaxing moments in the cool mineral-toned furnishings shaded by the large, blonde-stone walls.
There are four air-conditioned bedrooms with queen-size beds, office areas, dressing rooms and TVs. Two of them are located in the main building on either side of the swimming pool; the other two very private bedrooms are located in two bungalows below the main building. Both the bedrooms features two small private swimming pools in idyllic sceneries. There is also a TV room on this level of the property.
