Considered a St. Barths icon, this sublime residence, with its modern Balinese-inspired design and Caribbean flair, is designed for travellers seeking an unforgettable Caribbean experience. As you enter the property, a small wooden deck crosses a pond with water lilies and reeds where koi carps swim. A spectacular round glass door leads to the large living room guarded by two 17th century samurai soldiers.
With its privileged location close to the beaches and its eight exceptional rooms, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and nearby hills.
This sumptuous luxury villa is the ideal place for families or groups looking for top-of-the-range services and eager to live to the intoxicating rhythm of Saint Barths. The villa features a spacious terrace and lounge offering ample space to welcome your guests. You’ll also find a magnificent outdoor dining room with a large wooden table, providing an ideal space for lunches and dinners. This table can seat up to 16 guests.
The pool terrace is a haven of relaxation, with comfortable deckchairs, a welcoming ajoupa and a heated Jacuzzi.
The large air-conditioned great room is tastefully decorated with authentic Artworks in a warm, soothing Balinese style. The high wooden ceiling is impressive with its fourteen black, hanging Moooi lamps. The room is equipped with an HD television that gives you access to French and American channels. You can also enjoy Apple TV, a DVD player and a Sonos audio system, all controllable via an iPad, for a complete multimedia experience. The villa has a fully-equipped professional kitchen, and a bar with stools.
The villa features eight exceptional air-conditioned rooms with breath-taking ocean views. Each room is a decorative work of art, custom-designed with absolute luxury while retaining the villa’s characteristic Asian influence. Three bedrooms are arranged around the central living area, opening onto a magnificent terrace, while the other five suites are in independent pavilions, offering you perfect privacy on different levels. With meticulous attention to detail, each space promises you a most refined living experience and unparalleled comfort. The last bedroom suite is located in a lower bungalow that can be dedicated for staff or teenagers.
The gym & sauna are located in a separate cottage. The air-conditioned fitness room is equipped with various weight benches, a bike and HDTV. A guest bathroom is also available, together with a massage room and sauna.
This is a suitable venue for weddings, celebrations and corporate events. The atmosphere is conducive to creativity, reflection and collaboration.
