Les Palmes
Located in a private domain in Colombier, the villa is nestled on a hillside in the heart of a lush tropical garden. This new property offers a panoramic view over Flamands Bay and Bonhomme island.
This is a modern property with wide indoor and outdoor spaces in a sleek decor. Its open-plan living room has many bright and ochre hints combined with cooling tiled floors which create a very soothing atmosphere throughout. The air-conditioned living room is furnished with large soft sofas. In the centre of the great room, a beautiful wooden table can accommodate up to twelve guests under the vaulted ceiling. The fully-equipped kitchen features a bar, perfect to have breakfasts or meals on comfortable stools for up to ten people.
There is a large terrace with stunning ocean views, and the heated infinity pool seems to melt into the deep-blue ocean. There are two more terraces.
The villa consists of five large air-conditioned bedrooms with king size beds and adjoining bathrooms. They open onto terraces and are decorated with elegant and refined fabrics. One suite is located in the main building, two bedrooms are in separate bungalows, and the other two ones are on a lower level which can be accessed by a staircase. The air-conditioned fitness room is nearby.
