Spectacular property with views over the bay of Lorient and the neighbouring islands of Turtle and Fregate. Thanks to its exposure guests will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on St Barths. The house is an architectural gem. The view is magical all day long, and as soon as the sun rises guests can follow the it’s path.
There is a large living room with stones, parquet and woodwork under a beautiful mansard ceiling. Decoration and furnishing are luxurious: the soft sofas are covered with cream cushions, and the lighting is contemporary. The large windows let in the light and gentle sea breeze. The kitchen is very well-equipped and opens onto the indoor dining room. There are several covered terraces.
There are five large bedrooms, three on the living and swimming pool level, the other two on the lower level, which is furnished as a contemporary loft. All the bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
There is a fitness room, an air-conditioned massage room, a ping pong table, and, in the garden, a pool table.
